Jordan (JT) was so great to deal with. His communication is excellent and he is well priced.
Our rug had a stain that was hard to remove. JT went well above and beyond to make sure the stain was removed. He took the rug home, called the manufacturer to find more info and treated it an additional 3 times at no extra charge.
I will be using JT in the future and highly recommend everyone else book him also.
